Stress Management

The body is like a thermostat attempting to maintain a constant balance against the changes in environment and circumstances or life. When it is functioning properly we are in a state of balance and good health (homeostasis). Stress, either through under-stimulation--rust out, or distress--burn out, can cause illness and breakdown.
