Work-Life Balance

Research shows that people work best and are more productive when they achieve a happy balance between work and the rest of their lives. This is attainable through our Work-Life Balance Workshops.

We help participants:

  • Visualise what successful living looks like
  • Identify personal values, purpose and goals
  • Discover the power of choice and perception
  • Develop empathy and effective communication through emotional intelligence
  • Apply the skills of assertion, time management and relaxation to gain control
  • Set achievable and inspiring goals
  • Build collaborative strategies to maintain balance.

We aim to help participants write their own personal development plan; support them in taking personal responsibility for their happiness and managing their stress levels; and
thrive--not just survive--in the workplace and at home.

These one day workshops are run throughout the country in conjunction with Perfecting Performance and in association with The Happiness
